IndieSpotting receives no compensation for the giveaways we host. We are also not responsible for the fulfillment of prizes.

IndieSpotting will communicate with giveaway winners via email; in the event that IndieSpotting cannot contact a winner via email in a reasonable amount of time, a new winner may be selected.

We do our best to facilitate communication between giveaway winners and sponsors to ensure giveaway prizes are fulfilled in a timely fashion.

However, it is the ultimate responsibility of giveaway sponsors to deliver prizes; IndieSpotting is not financially responsible for lost prizes or prizes that haven’t been received.

Info for Sponsors ~

IndieSpotting is responsible for the random selection of giveaway winners as well as winner notification via email.

Sponsors are not to select winners without prior consent from IndieSpotting; sponsors are free to communicate with winners via email or other means once IndieSpotting has confirmed winner details.

By committing to a giveaway on IndieSpotting, sponsors agree to fulfill prizes in a timely fashion after notification of the winner.
