This giveaway is open to the U.S. only. It will run from January 1, 2011 through January 15, 2011. There are nine possible entry options per person. One winner will be selected by a random number generator from all valid entries (those that follow the rules listed above). Winner must claim his/her prize within 48 hours of e-mail notification or a new winner will be chosen.
